Absolute are delighted to be working with HCSS Education on a new project called The School Bus.

The School Bus is a revolutionary online resource for schools and academies that will provide documentation and downloads from key contributors within the business community to help them run their businesses more efficiently. Our role in the project is focussed around launching the project and encouraging contributors and schools to sign up.

To begin raising awareness of the project we organised a preview event at The National Space Centre in Leicester that was attended by the companies handpicked by HCSS as the ‘top of the class’ in their field.

As well as organising the event we created personalised email and print invitations and an animated presentation that introduced the concept and the website, which isn’t live yet, to the delegates.

The hand drawn style of the animation has created a strong and recognisable look and feel for the rest of the materials and the end result looks great.

In keeping with the school theme we created a timetable for the day and on arrival all the delegates received their own branded lunchbox filled with useful information; a copy of the presentations on a USB, an exercise book and pencil, and some sweets - no lunch box would be complete without a treat!

The lunchboxes were the talk of the event, it was great to see so many people heading out of the venue carrying them alongside a briefcase!

Next stop for The School Bus is a national tour on a large yellow double decker IT bus (what else). The bus is currently making its way up and down the country spreading the message and allowing schools and academies the opportunity to try out the website first-hand.
