Rowton Hall is a beautiful 4AA star country house hotel and spa, located just outside the heart of Chester. Built in 1779 the elegant Georgian manor house is now a luxury wedding venue and hotel which boasts a health club and spa, restaurant and conferencing facilities.

Absolute were appointed by the family run business to look after their digital identity, branding and marketing following a 6-way competitive pitch. The first phase of this process involved working directly with members of the team from all departments. This helped us discover where they felt the hotel sat in the marketplace, how they felt they were perceived as a brand, and which areas of the business needed to work harder.

Several workshops allowed us to develop a strategy to reposition the hotel as a brand and help the family shout about not just their popular wedding venue, but their excellent conferencing facilities, award winning restaurant and state of the art health club and spa. Absolute will be working on rolling out the refreshed Rowton Hall brand during 2013 starting with a fresh, more personable logo and brand new bespoke website.

The previous website was difficult to navigate, dated, slow, and didn’t do the hotel justice. With completely restructured navigation, tailored copywriting, stunning new photography of every aspect of Rowton Hall and a design that is fully responsive from "big screen" down to mobile, potential customers can now get a taste of the fantastic facilities on offer like they couldn\'t before.
