GRAHAM is one of the largest Construction and Asset Management businesses in the UK and Ireland.

The biggest of the divisions within the GRAHAM group is GRAHAM Construction, which operates across three business areas - Building, Civil Engineering and Interior Fit-out.

Together they have a team of 1,900 people who deliver all kinds of innovative projects. Recruiting the right kind of staff is imperative to the growth of GRAHAM, and they needed a website which would not only showcase who they were, but would attract young staff to the up and coming business.

Website design & development

At the time GRAHAM contacted us, the careers section occupied a small section of the main GRAHAM website. This wasn’t working for the HR team, as there was too much information to sit within this section, and there wasn’t the capacity for it to expand. GRAHAM made the decision to purchase a new domain, and create a separate website, which could still be accessed via the main site, but also allowed them to promote the stand alone URL at careers fairs etc.

This shift allowed for more creative freedom in the design process, and also allowed us to re-look at navigation style, and a modern, fresh approach to the brand. We built upon the GRAHAM brand palette and logo, but introduced a new and distinctive typeface to make the site really stand out.
