Senior Creative
We’re looking for an exceptional all-round ideas driven branding creative to join our team here at Absolute. Someone who thinks conceptually and isn’t afraid of putting ideas down on paper before producing them on a Mac. We’re looking for this person to have a passion for quality art direction, great at crafting well thought out solutions and someone who produces work that gets noticed, even occasionally winning awards along the way.
In this creative role you’ll be working with a multi-talented team of creatives, copywriters, website developers and marketeers who have a diverse range of skills and who know that good is not good enough. The team also have a common goal to push the boundaries of design and technology, to produce great work no matter what sector the client is in, and to produce work that emotionally connects with the audience. We also have a good diverse range of well-known clients based both in the UK and internationally.
The Role
The day to day responsibilities of this role will range from heading up large brand, campaign and digital projects, to working on creative assets with the Absolute team, ensuring that high quality is consistent from start to finish. You will be expected to mentor and inspire team mates, and demonstrate the ability to translate complex subjects into intelligent ideas which are simply and beautifully crafted.
As a key member of the agency you will be working closely with the Creative Director and Account Management team, copywriters, photographers, developers and re-touchers. You’ll also be expected to contribute to our strategic thinking, support our Absolute Clarity workshops and spot creative opportunities to grow the agency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years working in the creative industry
(preferably within a branding, digital or advertising agency) - An extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with clients in multiple sectors
- Confidence in presenting concepts to the team and clients
- An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- A great personality, minus the ego
- The vision, passion and drive to create great creative work
- A desire to personally develop your own creativity, knowledge, skills, or
attend key networking events within the industry - An individual skillset, be it photography, illustration, 3D graphics,
copywriting, re-touching or animation - Experience in pushing industry standards through creative or digital awards

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
